Brian V. Ebert is an alumnus of Notre Dame and the College of William and Mary School of Law, and he was an officer in the United States Navy. He has handled appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit and the Supreme Court of Virginia, and also briefed appeals before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
