Attorney Brian V. Ebert is an alumnus of Notre Dame and the College of William and Mary School of Law, and he was an officer in the United States Navy. He has handled appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit and the Supreme Court of Virginia, and also briefed appeals before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. Attorney Erica K. Everhart is a graduate of M.I.T. and has a strong background in the complex issues surrounding information technology.
Both of our attorneys worked as law clerks in the Northern Virginia area prior to joining private practice - one in the U.S District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the other in the Fairfax County Circuit Court. This early career experience gave us sharp eyes for detail and the skills to effectively negotiate, draft, review and modify complex contractual agreements.
